organize widgets in pages & drop down menus

  • Hi
    I want to organize the widgets in specific pages so every page will have it`s own (some of them shared by multiple pages) – any ideas?
    And another question…… Which is the best plugin for “drop down menus” from the pages (complex navigation)?
