Importing and Exporting WordPress Posts – This SUCKS!!

I’m quite fedup at the moment. I have tried everything but nothing seems to work.

I have exported 107 posts from my blog with the export function. I then tried to import the posts on another wordpress blog using the Import function.

It only imports like HALF my posts!!

I then ran this SQL query to delete all posts in the database:

DELETE FROM wp_posts WHERE post_date < ‘2008-06-06 19:18:00’ AND post_status = ‘publish’

I then tried to do everything over and I get the SAME sucky results.

I heard somewhere that the problem might be because of the postmeta information.

Is there a query I can run in SQL to delete the postmeta information?

I see a lot of unanswered posts on this forum and I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it if somebody can help me out. Reposting 50 posts manually is dead tiring.
