Tried to switch themes and now cant access site/recieve Fatal error:

I was attempting to change the theme for my website and upon hitting activate I received this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare create_scores() (previously declared in /home2/jtfsport/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mvp-scoreboard/mvp-scoreboard.php:20) in /home2/jtfsport/public_html/wp-content/themes/gameday/functions.php on line 336I can no longer access my website or dashboard to even attempt a fix…any recommendations?

Using FTP or your web host provided file management tool(s), rename the theme folder found in /wp-content/themes/ to theme.bak, making sure you have a default theme in place.
Once you can login, switch back to the theme that was in use.
Always use themes from trustworthy sources.
