issue with selectbox

Hi there I just istalled woocomerce 3.0.7 after upgrade wordpress.

I have a big issue with all selectbox that do not proper render anymore both in backend and frontend.

I changed theme but nothing happen, try to disabled all plugins but nothing change.

Error still there, why?
