Hi, sorry I have to issue a new topic on above. I have discussed the issue with my hosting provider and together we cannot solve the issue. they have helped me to disable Wordfence plug with no avail. We can do nothing as we cannot even get into WP dashboard as it is also disappearing, we can do nothing, and cannot restore backup we did on 20 may as we cant get into wp dashboard.

We clicked the “restore the WP.org’ button (something alike) in each of the issue you listed and then all pages gone.

Sorry for the trouble caused to you but could you pls undo all the revisions we made, ie, undo all the “restore the WP.org’ revisions we made and let the issues as they are so thw website back to normal.

    many thanks for your help.

The suite is alive now, after 10+ hours our non-stop effort rescuing it. The site crashed totally when we did the above mentioned.

    Hi @srpub
Sorry for all the troubles you had, and I’m glad you managed to get the website working fine now.

In general, when the scan detects a plugin file being modified from the file that is distributed by www.ads-software.com, it’s recommended to click on “See how the file has changed.” link first to make sure that these modifications weren’t done by you or your hosting provider for any reason, also taking a backup of such files before replacing them would be great, there is a possibility that the connection between your website and www.ads-software.com servers was interrupted during the file transfer, leading to a PHP fatal error in this plugin file.

In such situations where you get this white screen after replacing some plugins files, you can do the following:
    – Connect to your website via FTP/SFTP using FileZilla for example, and rename the “plugins” folder under (/wp-content/) directory to any other name, for example (/wp-content/plugins-off), this will immediately disable all plugins and should help in regaining access to your website.
    – Check the server error log file (reach to your hosting provider in case you don’t know the location for this file), for sure it will reveal some reasons for this white screen.

Let me know if you have any further question,
    Thanks.

    Hello,

I had feedback you 1 month 3 weeks ago, see my post above your @wfalaa.

In that post I reported that after 10+ hours of our non-stop effort rescuing the website which was at total loss/ total crash status then the website returned to normal.

    Tks.
