categories for public subscriber

    By default Public Subscribers get notifications for all categories unless there are ‘exclude’ categories in the Subscribe2->Settings page under ‘Registered Users’.

    And if I mark the option “Allow registered users to subscribe to excluded categories?”, than can’t public subscribers receive notifications, but registered users (with a wordpress-accout as member, author, …) can subscribe this categorie?
