upper encoding

    The upper ascii characters are not correctly encoded… but just for the old posts ! The new one that I wrote to explain (and excuse me) to the readers is looking OK !!

    So… where do I go from here ?

    I forgot or did not know about the fact that we should not include the two lines about DB_COLLATE et DB_CHARACTER in the config.php if we are just upgrading… I found this info few hours after trying my upgrade… and trying to downgrade…
