Plugin breaks theme AJAX page transitions

Firstly,I love everything about this plugin, works very well and easy to use so Thank You.

But it breaks AJAX Page Transitions on one site I’m writing for a client.

I use the QODE Bridge Theme on my site and in a QODE Forum the following suggestion was offered:
“Find the main function which initialize this plugin, and add that function call in our theme folder/js/ajax.js open this file and paste this function inside function perPageBindings () { … } then minimize whole code from ajax.js (use this https://javascriptcompressor.com/ ) and copy/replace to ajax.min.js”
