Weird Caching Problem (with woocommerce)

    I am getting a very weird issue in my website.
    I have Page, Database, Object and Browser Caching and CDN enabled.
    I am running an Online product store using Woocommerce. It has around 800 products
    Everything works to fine for two days.

    Issue:
    This is where things get weird.
    After exactly two days the website start to work really slow (it takes 1-2 min to load a single page).

    Temporary Solution that I have found:
    After this when I disable the W3-TC and start loading the pages everything thing start working properly. And then I re-enable the plugin and empty all the caches.

    Everything starts working properly again (pages start to load in 3 – 4 seconds)

    Then again after two days this problem start again pages get slow and have to repeat the same process again.

    More Important Info:
    This problem started after only I upgraded my website to woocommerce 3.0.
    I have tested it in my test environment with woocommerce 2.6.x installed, everything works fine there.

    I am doing this thing after every two days since 10th of April 2017.
    Please Help me regarding the issue and please ask if any further information is required.
