    Hi,
    I have set up and configured Opentickets but the QR code and venue address are not showing up in the confirmation email sent to the customers/buyers.
    I have added the Venue’s address but still it is not showing up.
    I understood that QR codes are automatically generated, but they aren’t displayed either.

    More specific: the QR-code or the venue’s address doesn’t show up on the customers receipt after completion. It doesn’t show up per email or through logging in into “My Account”.
