• Hi, I’m using PayPal Express with your plugin version 1.4.4 on 5 different shops. In all shops the order confirmation emails for customer and buyer are no longer sent. Do you have an idea why?

    Very sorry for the delay responding. Can you please download our release branch and give that a try? I think we may have resolved this issue already.

    You’ll need to extract that zip file and then upload the plugin files to your server so they overwrite the existing plugin files. Then clear any caching / CDN services you may be running and give it another try please.

    Hmmm…this is odd because we aren’t getting any other reports of this. Are you using any other plugins on these sites that do anything with email notifications, by chance?

    No, I’m not using any other plugins that do anything with email notifications. All other email notifications are working, for example PayPal Plus, but PayPal Express is not working.

    Can you submit a ticket here so we can work with you more directly on this?

    We may need to troubleshoot directly from your site since that’s the only place this seems to be happening right now. Do you have a staging copy of your sites setup for testing purposes? It would be good if you could provide temporary login credentials for a staging site so we can jump in there, configure things for Sandbox mode, and run some tests.
