Don’t seem to Work

    Hi,

    I have a new Woocommerce installation. All plugins are up-to-date.

    The shop is based in Canada, but majority of customers are coming from the USA. So we want people from Canada see Canadian price and others see the USD price.

    The plugin show correctly show the price if I’m testing with the test option of your plugin. But when I test it with HolaVPN I see the CAD price for american user.

    Maybe I have a bad setting?

    Hi,
    Check following:

    • You have set Default Customer Location to Geolocate or Geolocate with page cache support if you are running a cache system.
    • The GeoIP database have been downloaded by WooCommerce, you’ll be able to check it by the WooCommerce System Report.
    • WooCommerce store your location in a cookie, so you must do all test in a new window private browsing.
