How to embed a collapse / expand area?

    Dear Support,
    I’ve installed and activated your plugin. But then, how can I use it? I mean, what is the way to insert a collapse / expand area in a post?
    There is no additional button in the WP text editor, and adding this snippet:

    [expand title="trigger text"] ... my content ... [/expand]

    in the HTML source does not work.

    Could you clarify?

    You’ll have to include a link to your page to see exactly what the issue is.
    The way you insert a collapse/expand area in a post is exactly how you have listed above. Be sure you did not copy and past in Visual mode, as you might have also copied over the code styling.

    sipley switch over to TEXT or HTML mode and make sure the code is exactly as follows:

    [expand title="trigger text"] ... my content ... [/expand]

    Be sure there are no pesky ‘span’ or ‘code’ tags are wrapping the shortcode.
