Sending from a different server

  • Hi, I have a site running contactform 7, however the email service is in another server. Should I set anything special on the site server to make this plugin work on this case? Because although the emails are working alright, they aren`t sent when it is from the contact form 7 forms. Why that? Any idea?

    Using external mail services isn’t a problem. If you have set up mail configuration correctly (e.g. using an SMTP plugin), Contact Form 7 can send mail through it, too. If you can’t make it work, first check if the Mail tab settings are set up correctly.
