Not all products showing

Please check when you choose to display “On Sale Product” > Yes, please make sure other option(Featured Product display & Hide out of stock items) are set to “No Check”, otherwise these option query will be merged.

And please check “Sale price ($)” for product isn’t empty.

First, thanks for the quick answer. Just so that you know, I chose your plugin because I saw that you responded quickly in this support forum :). Keep up the good work!

I did exactly what you said, but I still have only 6 of my products showing unfortunately. As to the “Sale Price” being empty, that is not the case. Here is the filtered product list with all sale products I have:

As you can see, there are 14 of them while on my slider test page:

Only 6 appear (exactly the number of colums I’ve selected). For test purposes I have configured it to display 4 columns only, but the number of products showing continue to be 6.

Can you please compare product settings which one is displaying on the slider and another on not in the slider.

There are 2 conditions to product available in slider for “On sale product”

# sale price is greater than 0 (No empty)
# Catalog visibility Visible or Catalog

# Total Number of Product > -1 (to display all product on current query)

See below the evidences, it didn’t work. I printed one example of product which has SALE PRICE > 0 and CATALOG VISIBILITY = VISIBLE and is not showing on the list:

I tried adding more products to the FEATURED slider and it DID WORK. Only the ON SALE filter is limiting to 6 products only for some reason. Does that make any sense to you?

can you please take a look at your sale price, is that “,” or “.” (comma or point)
not sure if that make any issue.

Hey there,
I checked two examples of products: one that is currently showing in my Product Slider and another that is not showing. Both of them have PRICE and SALE PRICE with “,” instead of “.”. I don’t believe this is the issue.

A new error appeared additional to the previous one, if you check my “OFERTAS SUSTENTAVEIS” slider here: https://armazemconnect.com.br/.
Note that the title is showing “(Validade (date” and when you click the product it shows the correct title “(Validade: date)”. The parenthesis is impacting the title display somehow.

I just checked with Internet Explorer and it is displaying properly. On Chrome, however, it is not. Is this something fixable in the plugin side?

Can you please help me solve the issue?
If the title formating issue is not possible to be solved, can you please help me with the ON SALE one? It is really anoying that I can’t display all ON SALE products or at least select the ones I want to.
