WordPress Latest Posts to external site

Hi, I am part of a non-profit. We have a wordpress blog site as well as a ‘normal’ html based site.

I want to have a part of the html site where it displays the latest 3 articles from the blog site. The blog site is updated about every other day. Is there an easy way to do this?
