Problems importing large documents

Hi,

I sent an email a couple of days ago, but have not heard from anyone yet.

I purchased your plugin Aspose Doc Importer for a client and we are having problems. The importer works fine for small documents, but when we try to use the importer for larger documents (over 100 pages) we are running into problems. For instance, I am trying to upload a large file (1.3mb). The content imports the way it should, but when I click publish the screen refreshes and the text disappears. Other times, the screen refreshes with the text intact, but the post is not actually published. (The publish button in WP still says “publish” it does not change to “Update”.) Other times after the screen refreshes the name of the guest author or category is removed. These problems only occur with documents over 100 pages. Smaller documents import fine.

Can you please help us?
