Refund for Pro Version

The support is non existent and this plugin should NOT be sold with support.
I have asked multiple questions with no reply.
I paid good money for this plugin twice (for the personal and pro version).
I am happy using it for what I need it for but I cannot get my head around the staff and client module, the reason I paid for the pro version. Due to no support from your team on here and via your website on the contact form I would now like a refund on the pro version.
Please reply to this otherwise the next option is going through PayPal and requesting it there.
