E-Mail Notifications

Hi,

I am currently running our company website via WordPress

The e-mail address in the settings of WordPress is [email protected] and any sort of e-mails that should come from the website arent coming through.

For example we have a contact form which uses the same e-mail address and nothing has been received from this for about a month now, it used to work perfectly fine.

Also I use a backup plugin which backs up the website and then sends me a report to my e-mail address, this also isn’t coming through.

I’m not sure what has changed as these both used to work fine, does anyone have any sort of idea as to what the issue may be?
