Inventory stock not saving

We are having issues with the “Save” and “Save All” not saving the inventory. Example: If i have a variable product set to 0 and out of stock > then I change the variation to say 2 in stock then click save. The stock status will change to In stock but the stock number remains at 0. Please help even willing to pay for you to fix on our site. Thank you! Looking forward to hearing back from you.
