SMTP Settings

For the past few weeks I have been trying to deal with my SMTP setting on an off. I have come to the point where I feel I cannot handle it anymore and just need help. I called wordpress, they pointed me towards gmail now they pointed me towards wordpress. So, if anyone can help me I would highly appreciate it. I mainly am struggling with what to put for these settings . Any help is appreciated! I also am using Gsuite for my host
