“Enable for shipping methods” not working

  • Hey, great plugin! But I have a problem
    If “Enable for shipping methods” is blank, the plugin works ok.
    If I select a shipping method, the COD option won’t show up.
    I tried to select ALL my shipping methods, and still no COD option.
    Can you help me?
