  • I am not part of support.. just some dude.

    Looking at the link you provided… and as you stated your “Users”…

    You have a system set up that your “Users” have some sort of Access..
    such that you have given them… access roles…
    Author
    Contributor
    Editor
    Subscriber

    So…. go to
    Events -> Settings
    General tab…
    User Capabilities

    And thusly “tick” off the boxes that would allow the “specific” User Role you have assigned for the people you would like to allow to “publish” Events and or Locations.

    Hopefully this is what you are looking for in your question.
