Created submit button in CF7 and cannot find the string in WPML to translate

    Thanks in advance for your time if you reading this topic and try to help me, I really appreciate it!

    currently working on my website and have the following issue:

    Altered the standard submit button in contact form 7 from [submit "Send"] to the following code:
    <input type="submit" value="Submit" class="bttn-unite bttn-sm bttn-danger">
    for design reasons.

    And now I am paying the price:

    As I try to translate the website via WPML I cannot obtain the “Submit” string from the newly created buttons, hence, am unable to translate it. Would highly appreciate you guys help as I have around 1,000 contact forms running on the page and need to translate the page to 7 languages.

    If I won’t find an easy solution I will need to create a separate form for each language which means 7,000 more contact forms and I am really hoping to find another solution.
