How to use WP Image Zoom on Custom Post Type pages?

    The WP Image Zoom plugin apparently does not support Custom Post Type pages. Is there any way to get around this? Is there a similar plugin I could use?

    In the 1.12 version you’ll find that the zoom supports the Custom Post Type pages.

    Hello, Diana – I’m using the AuthorityAzon theme; the plugin works on my regular Pages and Posts but not on Reviews (which the theme developer says is a “Custom Post Type” page). There are similar plugins I could use that will work with WooCommerce but I’m not running WooCommerce.

    The 1.12 version should work with Custom Post Type. Maybe it’s something else that is interfering with the zoom plugin.

    You were also asking for “a way around this” in the first message.

    If you feel comfortable modifying the HTML by hand, you can use the “zoooom” CSS class on the image where you want the zoom to be active.

    Hello again, Diana – My deepest apologies! You were referring to the 1.12 version – I had totally forgotten that the plugin had recently been updated and yes, it does work with my theme now, I just tested it. Thank you for your trouble!
