iOS App Feature Request

    Would it be possible to have the iOS app open in camera view? If not, at least put a big camera button in the middle of the screen so I can quickly enter camera mode to scan my login screen.

    Now the good news: I love this setup! I never jumped on the Clef bandwagon because it seemed too gimmicky. After decades of traditional 2FA, I’ve now come to love this approach to simplified login. I like how on single-user sites, *only* the QR code shows up.

    The licensing is a *bit* confusing: Does a *user* of a bunch of Keyy sites need a Premium license to use Keyy on all those sites? The license seems to limit a user (not blog admin) to 5 Keyy websites. I’m hoping that users won’t have to pay to more securely use a WordPress site.

    Ok, I figured out the licensing: Max Sites refers to how many sites I can add my premium plugin to. I was thinking that the getkeyy.com account was referring to users with the Keyy app on their phone.

    So the iOS app when first launched (after signup or if sign up is already complete) will go straight to the Camera view. It then turns off after a scan or when you go to the settings page.

    I will add a task to our tracker to see how I could improve the app to make scanning codes easier/quicker when the camera is not already on.

    If the website itself is running Keyy Premium, then individual users don’t have to have bought anything. Conversely, if the user has upgraded his account, then the website doesn’t have to be Keyy Premium. It can get confusing, but basically the license server makes sure that it’s never the case that both ends have to pay, even if one of the limits has been hit, as long as one of the two involved has spare space.
