Short mail notification to subscribers

Hi,
Subscribers get the complete post and I would like to send them only the first paragraph.
It is simple, if they get the entire story, they will not enter my blog.
I want to send them a teaser to encourage to get in and get involved.

The way it works is like newsletter but all I want to say is – hay guys, we got new post, get in and read it.
