DB Cache does not work in w3 total cache

  • Database caching has ceased to work. Costs in the settings of 20,000,000 seconds Maximum lifetime of cache
    and
    Garbage collection interval 20000000
    Method is disk
    And the files in the DB folder are deleted and re-created every 2-3 minutes.
    As a result, the load on the server is very much increased.
    Please correct.

    opendir(/public_html/wp-content/cache/db/options_comments/): failed to open dir: No such file or directory
    (wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/Util_File.php:124)
    and
    file_get_contents(/public_html/wp-content/object-cache.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
    (wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/ObjectCache_Environment.php:169)
