Contact form not sending emails

  • Hello there!
    I just realized that the contact form has stopped sending the emails to my inbox.
    It worked fine for a month, but now I can see messages sent throught my admin, but I am not receiving them in my email as before. I haven′t changed anything in the contact form

    are you using a third party plugin to send emails like Contact Form 7?
    Have you checked your spam email folder for your emails?

    No, I am using the one that came with the theme. Through the add contact form button when creating a new page.
    This is what is shown on teh text box of my contact page:

    [contact-form][contact-field label='Nombre' type='name' required='1'/][contact-field label='Correo electrónico' type='email' required='1'/][contact-field label='Localidad' type='text'/][contact-field label='Tu mensaje' type='textarea' required='1'/][/contact-form]

    I checked my spam folder and nothing!
    It worked perfectly at the beggining…
    Any ideas?

    Olsen light does not provide a contact form. This is the Jetpack’s contact form or Contact form 7 plugin. I suggest contacting your hosting provider for more information on this, since outgoing mails might end up in your Mail Servers spam folder and never delivered.

    This just happened recently for me also! I found articles about having to configure your WordPress emails to use SMTP instead. It hasn’t worked for me no matter what I do, but maybe it will work for you.
