• Hey everyone, I installed WP, a theme, and made my pages. I set my Front Page to be my page called Blog ( I don’t want it to say Home). The problem is the Blog page is not full width like my other pages are and it says Oops This Page Can’t Be Found.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

    Thank You

  • Hey Kev,

It shouldn’t take too long to solve, but it could be a couple of things, What’s the URL for us to take a look?

    Thanks,
    C

    Hey Charles,
thanks for the quick reply. The url is https://www.mekevinwilliams.com

    Much appreciated!

No problem my good man, happy to help!

OK just try something for me,

From your WP Admin, Go to settings >>> Reading Settings >>> Under the first heading titled “Front page displays”…From what you’ve told me it looks like you’ll need to set your settings to “A static page (select below)” >>> And then make sure that “Front page:” Is set to the page that you want displayed as your “Home Page” or (Blog) in your case.

It sounds like you’ve just deleted the Home page and just not changed the display settings.

    This should resolve your problem!

    Many Thanks,
    C

    Hey C,

I already had those settings exactly how you phrased. Anymore ideas of what might be the problem?

    Thanks again,
    Kev
