Cannot delete menus on wordpress web

Hi i am like the fist time wordpress user, and i am having little bit of issues with deleting menu buttons on my website.

I want to take out that red circle part out from my web.

Can anyone plz help me?

I tried to go to menus – edit menus to delete it but it seems there aren’t any menus that’s created or something. ..
