Adding menu is not working

  • Hello,
    When want to add page or category or any thing to menu it waits.. and waits.. and waits.. more than 30 minutes. I logged out and tried 3 times..

    Can you please help me to solve this problem

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    We use WordPress 4.7.5 and also check to deactivate all plugin but it is not working

    Then it is probably theme related, but since we don’t know which theme you are using it is hard to help you. Try activating a standard wordpress theme and see if that changes anything.

    We have use custom wordpress them but when we use twenty seventeen theme then also see same issue . Do not understand how to resolve the problem.Can you please help me?
