I have added a button to my flipbox that is linked to another page on my site and it’s working on desktop, but not mobile. Is there an update that needs to happen for this to work or is there some specific coding I need to add to make the button work on mobile? (pressurewashersales.net) Thank you!

  • I am having the same problem, only it is happening on my mac desktop as well. I have not been able to find a solution yet, hope someone can chime in!

Update: only seems to be an issue when using the Chrome browser. Button links work fine in firefox etc.

I see that mine is also not working in Chrome, either. Glad you mentioned that.

@jhaynes561- I emailed Ruslan directly and received the following reply (just fyi): “I do spend time for support and fixes, though not as much as for premium products. Considering your email I planned to review support topics in the next 2 weeks or so.

    Thank you for your patience!”

Hopefully we will have an update soon.

I hope so! Otherwise a great plugin it would be a shame to not be able to use it. Thank you for your reply.

    Hello guys,

Unfortunately, I’m not able to replicate the issue. Based on your description I tested combinations of:

    • iOS (iPhone 6) / MacOS (MacBook Pro),
    • Chrome / FireFox / Safari,
    • link as a separate button on the back / link as a whole FlipBox. And everything works fine.

Right now I tested it on the main demo page. Please let me know:

    1. If the links work for you on the demo page https://codelights.com/elements/flipbox/
    2. URL of the page where the links doesn’t work for you
    3. Exact device, OS name and version, browser name and version, where you see the issue

Will be waiting for your reply!

    Hello guys,

This issue was related to Webkit browsers engine: in combination with Cube Flip animation, the back side became unclickable. I made a quick fix: if you’re using Cube Flip animation, and your back side has a button, on WebKit browsers the animation will be automatically changed to Cube Tilt.
