Contact Form 7 Captcha

When using the Contact Form 7 plugin with Shopbiz adding its integrated Captcha to the form, it causes the form to display improperly with an additional text box behind the captcha and send button to overlap with the captcha checkbox. Thinking it was the plugin, I contacted the Contact Form 7 forum and they asked to try it with the default theme and it displays correctly, which would indicate a problem with the Shopbiz theme. The Contact Form 7 has over 1 million installs, and this should be fixed so that your theme works correctly. Thanks!
