Podcast content does not migrate with database

  • Hello,

    When we take a cut of our production database to our development environment only the Media URL is migrated, all the other Podcast Episode fields such as the iTunes fields are not.

    Do you have any ideas?

    Hello @hgetrost,

    The episode information is saved in the same database record as the episode meta data. If you are doing a database dump/restore, it should pick up everything.

    It may be the backup restore method you are using is why it is getting lost. Can you explain how you are backing up and restoring your database?
