Problem getting messages after upgrade

Hello!
By default for “Send With” option should be selected – WordPress PHP Mail.
We tried to reproduce this issue on our test servers – and have no luck with this. Provide link to the page with your contact form. We will check what is wrong. Also for faster support – contact us through our?internal support. We will help you to solve the problem.

OK, found the problem.
It works but…
On the test system after upgrade ALL mail goes to the junk folder!!!
On the production system without the upgrade all is OK.
So…
Why?
