Creating new field for User

Hello All,
Please i need help in creating/editing the Status Tracking users field. What Users wants to see are:

1. Airway Bill
2. Consignor’s Name
3. Receivers’s Name ( i.e some body else may have recieved the sent item)
4. Consignee Name
and then sender’s note and

How can I achieve this. I have a premium edition of Status Tracking plugin.

You marked this as resolved. Were you able to achieve what you were looking to do? If not, could you please clarify what it is you’re trying to do? You just want to have fields on the tracking page for the items you mentioned?

Thank you. What i want to achieve is to have the following field on the tracking page(i.e what user will see):
1. Airway Bill ( this is the parcel /consignment Number i.e number to track)
2. Consignor’s Name ( parel sender’s name)
3. Receivers’s Name ( i.e somebody else may have received the sent item)
4. Consignee Name ( Whom the article is meant for)
5. Sender’s note

You can just create a custom field for each of those.
