    We tested the plugin for about a week and it works great!

    But I have a short question: All created tickets are public, so everyone can see and edit them. Is there a way that agents can only view tickets that are assigned to them?

    If ticket type is Public then agents can see all ticket. If ticket type is Private then the ticket will be visible to assigned agents,supervisors and admin.
