Related posts with thumbnail showing vertically

Hello everyone,
I am stuck to very peculiar trouble. Attempting to add related 4 posts below single posts. (Without plugin support) When add related posts codes, the posts are displayed vertically aligned. But I want them to show horizontal. After millions effort, I couldn’t find a solution.

I am adding codes

Changed the thumbnail size but no luck. Tried to Changed its design from CSS without getting success. Kindly help.
