    Hi When connecting to Dynamics 365 Im getting an error

    Unable to connect to Dynamics 365: Unable to retrieve data from Dynamics CRM. Check whether you selected the appropriate deployment type and that CRM URL and credentials are correct.

    Please help with this the URL is definitely correct

    can you try checking the box to Ignore certificate errors? There are some certificate bundle issues in certain environments, e.g. some Azure deployments, that require this box to be checked.
