incompatibility with Ultimate Member

Hi there,
first of all thank you very much for that great plugin!
I am facing an incompatibility with the plugin Ultimate Member (https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/ultimate-member/).
Basically if Ultimate member is activated, I am redirected to the home page (don’t see the success message) and the ticket isn’t created in Zendesk.
Ultimate member deactivate, everything is working well.
I know it is tricky and I may have to look with the Ultimate Member support but maybe you have an idea or past experience about it?
