WCFM page redirects to My account

    Good morning everyone,

    I had other plugins installed, like Woocommerce Product Vendors, and WC bookings, and I wanted to install WCFM to create a visually finished website for the user.

    But I’ve got an issue: the WCFM page redirects to the “My Account” page of Woocommerce. I read the other posts and I can certify I’m logged in as Vendor Admin (It does the same when I’m Vendor Manager).
    The issue doesn’t occur when I’m super Admin, I just got the feeling that Woocommerce Product Vendors don’t communicate it’s user roles with WCFM

    Thanks for get in touch with us.

    You are using Product Vendors, that’s great.
    But can you please give us some info so it will good for us to detect the exact issue!!

    1. Is Product Vendors plugin folder name is same as you get it from woocommerce.com ?
    It is very imporatant, otherwise WCfM will not detect it.

    You can even detect wheather WCfM detect your site as multivendor site or not easily – goto WCfM frontend settings page as Admin and check is there any “Capability Settings” section or not!!

    If no such section then it didn’t ditect your multivendor plugin.

    If there is such section then just click on “Save”, it will refresh Vendors capability. Now login as vendor and check.

    Hello WC Lovers Team,

    Thanks for you fast answer, and you spotted the problem: the Product Vendors folder’s name wasn’t the original one. Once retablished all works perfectly. Excepted for the vendor avatar: The test vendor uploaded an avatar in 500*500px, and in his front office, the avatar is displaying full size.

    I believed there are possibilities to call the smaller version of the avatar, but I don’t know how :/

    Hi Florent,

    Yeah definitely this should be possible.
    But this is totally control by Product Vendors.
    Please check their documentation once, will be helpful for you.
