    Hi,

In my recipes I often use abbreviations for the units (e.g. tbsp., tsp. etc.). When importing my old recipes from EasyRecipe WP Recipe Maker parses the unit without the dot, e.g.:

    1 tbsp. sugar

would be parsed into [1, tbsp, . sugar].

Is this intentionally to handle some other case I did not think of, or would it be possible to fix this at some point?

    Thanks for at great plugin!

I’ll look into that! Everyone uses different ways of entering the ingredients, which makes it difficult to have a system that works for everyone.

Yep, it’s hard to satisfy everyone but I think it’s quite common to use unit abbreviations followed by a dot (at least in Danish and English).

    Anyway, thanks ??

I wanted to let you know that we just released WP Recipe Maker 1.20.0 which should now recognize the dot as being part of the unit!
