Issue with two forms showing up on one goal page

    We’re having an issue where we just put a goal on a page for completing a Contact 7 form, and for some reason its created 2 forms on the page: https://tiohome.com/tio-training-videos-form

    I’ve gone through and removed all plugins but both forms still show up. When removing the goal and putting in a shortcode for just contact7 it only shows one, so it makes me think it is plugin specific for Before and After. Any thoughts on how we could fix this?

    I’ve never seen an issue with two CF7 forms appearing for 1 goal!

    Can you let me know what steps you took to setup this goal? Any screenshots would be helpful.

    The link above has expired, probably due to the time it took to respond during the 4th of July holiday. I’d be happy to take a look if you put the double form back up!
