Static Files with Professional extensions not sent

  • Hi,
    i′m not able to attach static files – but configured – in order confirmation mails to customer or any other mail sent through woocommerce…

    Where to look for the error ?

    www.ads-software.com doesn’t allow us to provide support for the paid extensions via these forums, plus you’re entitled to priority email support as a paying customer ??

    Please send an email to [email protected] with your license key or order number. If you include a screenshot of your current pro settings, we may be able to see if there’s anything wrong in the settings.
