Problem translating cookie consent strings

  • Hi, I recently installed cookie consent but I′m having problems translating the strings. I have located the strings and used Locotranslate to translate them, but the translated strings are not appearing when I change my site language to Spanish. I have some screenshots here:
    1. https://www.screencast.com/t/Rw0rdJXo shows successfully translated strings in Locotranslate
    2. https://www.screencast.com/t/mCqIJ2WKoX shows cookie consent content when switching to spanish version of wordpress. Text remains in English, and if I change the text here to Spanish it alters the english version too.
    3. https://www.screencast.com/t/wuNyRBDZd shows cookie consent on front end of Spanish site. text remains in english

    Hi – I’m not familiar with Locotranslate. What are the requirements for translating a plugin using Locotranslate?
