No IPN notification even when order was made on website

Hi,

I am experiencing a problem with IPN notification. I have 10 orders on an item and it is still on pending. When I checked on paypal there were payments made by those who ordered, but there was no IPN notification on my website so that it will automatically be on Processing Order. Please help me. Thanks.
