Sender & Return Address Not Updating

I’m facing the same issue this user experienced where the sender and return address is not updating when activating a newsletter. I will change the sending address and return address to ———@gmail.com and do a test email preview and everything looks fine. But when I hit “activate” and go back into the ‘edit’ option of the newsletter, it continues to show the sender and return email addresses as [email protected].
