Coupons not deducting from deposit

Hi there, I am using Woocommerce in combination with Woocommerce Bookings and Woocommerce Deposits. Customers can book a tour of lets say $100 and then a $10 deposit is required to finalize the booking. So far so good.

Now, when using regular Woocommerce coupons, i have added a $2 discount coupon. When the coupon is applied, it doesn’t take $2 of the deposit, but of the future payments. I believe this is a Woocommerce problem and not related to the used plugins. How can I change this?
