• Hello,

    I have a big problem.

I’ve updated on my WordPress page, Elementor and Nextend SmartSlider. Now, if I want to go to the page, only the “Fatal error: Class ‘Elementor \ Control_Base’ is not found in / homepages / 19 / d677099033 / htdocs / hearthead / wp-content / plugins / nextend-smart-slider3-pro /includes/integrations/Elementor.php on line 76 “. And I can not log in to the wp-login.

Can someone help me what I may need to change in the “elementor.php”?

    Thanks alot

Your “nextend-smart-slider3-pro” seems to be the error.

Try deleting this plugin using FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).

Many many thanks for the quick reply!

My problem is that I do not know how I can secure the files of the plugin now, otherwise everything is gone! That would not be good!

    Hi @herzkopf,
Just update Smart Slider to version 3.2.4 and it will work fine with elementor.

Elementor team did huge changes in 1.5 and that break Smart Slider’s integration.
